For receiving your personal login details please contact the Organising Committee at the info@szeged2024rowing.com e-mail address. Please inform the Organising Committee on the number of accessible rooms required, so that an appropriate offer can be made for your team. Accommodation booking deadline: 11 February 2024.
Payment
30% to confirm booking Remaining balance or 100% - before 22 March 2024
All payments are to be made by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice from the Organising Committee. Please note that the transaction fee is to be borne by the customer. Cancellation
No cancellation fee before 11 February 2024 50% cancellation fee in case cancellation is made between 12 February and 11 March 2024 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations made after 11 March 2024
Extra costs
The OC does not take responsibility for any extra services of the hotel, such as minibar, telephone, parking, etc. These costs are to be paid directly to the hotel.
Check-in is from 15:00 hrs. The rooms are to be vacated by 10:00 hrs in the morning on the day of departure. (Upon request the hotels will provide storage rooms for an additional fee, that should be paid directly to the hotel.) All quoted prices are in euros, per person, per day, on full board basis, airport transfers, shuttle bus services included.

A Budapest Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtérről és a Szegedi Főpályaudvarról a Szervező Bizottságon keresztül jelentkező csapatoknak transzfert biztosítunk. Kérjük, adja meg érkezési és indulási adatait a foglalási platformon. A Szervező Bizottság minden akkreditált résztvevő számára shuttle buszjáratot biztosít. Három shuttle buszjárat közlekedik, átlagosan 28 perces menetidővel.
Utánfutó és csapat gépjármű parkoló
A hajótároló közelében van egy külön terület a hajószállító utánfutók parkolására. Az utánfutók csak ebben a parkolóban parkolhatnak.
